A tempting fish pie with smoked haddock and white fish, topped with mashed potato. Served with carrots. Suitable for a Level 6 diet.
Pre-heated oven: 160°C/325°F/Gas 3-4. Fan oven: 140°C/275°F. 40 mins or longer if required.
Cook from frozen. Do not pierce, cook with film lid on. Ensure food is piping hot. Once cooked do not reheat. Stir in edges of pie before serving.
Store at -18°C, do not refreeze once thawed
