KEEPING OUR SERVICE RUNNING SMOOTHLY Added 552 days ago. 22 April 2020 At this time of unprecedented demand, many of our colleagues across the business have been redeployed into front-line roles in order to help our local Wiltshire Farm Foods teams across the country. Read some of the stories of our staff who have been redeployed to keep our service running smoothly for you. 140 staff redeployed to the front-line A few weeks ago, we redeployed a large number of staff to help our front-line workers. From working in our kitchens, to picking and delivering orders, our team is going above and beyond to keep our service running smoothly. This is Niki, out and about on a delivery round for our local Wiltshire Farm Foods outlet in Bristol. From picking in the freezers... We’d like to introduce Declan, who can usually be found working on developing our fantastic Specialist Nutrition range. He’s just one of our many colleagues from Wiltshire Farm Foods HQ who have swapped their desk for a freezer. We hope his steamed-up glasses make you chuckle as much as it did us! ...to taking your calls... Taking your calls as quickly as we can is important to us, which is why we've mobilised a remote call centre of over 90 people from across the business! From our finance team to the people who create our menus, here are just a few of the team you might have spoken to recently. ...and helping in the distribution centre... With the increased demand, we have been working even harder in our distribution centre, to keep all freezers stocked up in our local Wiltshire Farm Foods outlets across the nation. Many colleagues have been redeployed to the freezers at our distribution centre to help out with the increased number of meals being transported to local Wiltshire Farm Foods outlets. ...as well as many other key functions. From working in our kitchens, to picking and delivering orders and many other critical services, we hope you'll agree that all our staff are doing a great job! Our teams are so busy taking your calls, we’ve had to enlist some extra help from our four-legged friends. We really are doing everything we can to ensure each and every one of our customers continue to receive the level of service we pride ourselves on.
