Cooking Guidelines

To Defrost: Leave in packaging and allow to defrost at room temperature for 3 hours. Once defrosted keep in a cool, dry place away from strong light and odours. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 2 days, or within 21 days of defrost (if unopened), whichever is the sooner. Tips: Record date of defrost in space below. Unfold one end of the cardboard tray and peel back the sides to serve

sugar, wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), water, currants (7%), sultanas (7%), humectant (glycerol), dried egg powder, modified starch, raising agents (diphosphates, potassium hydrogen carbonate), ground mixed spice (cinnamon, coriander, dill, fennel, clove, ginger, nutmeg, cassia), emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), wheat gluten, lemon zest, natural flavouring, salt, thickener (xanthan gum).
