Pierce film lid with a fork. Cook in pre-heated oven 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 - 4. If fan assisted 150°C/300°F. Typically 50 minutes or longer if necessary.
Microwave (800 Watt/Category E on HALF power). Place in the centre of the microwave oven. Do not pierce – keep film lid on. These are guidelines only, adjust time according to your particular microwave.
