Pierce film lid with a fork.
Pre-heated oven: 170°C/325°F/Gas 3 - 4. Fan oven: 150°C/300°F. 50 minutes or longer if required.
800 Watt/Category E on HALF power. Do not pierce – keep film lid on.
Cook for 10 mins
Stand for 2 mins mid cook
Remove film lid and cook for a further 1 minute
Stand for 2 mins before serving
Store at -18C, do not refreeze once thawed
