Pre-heated oven: 185°C/370°F/Gas 4-5. Fan oven: 165°C/330°F. 50 mins or longer if required.
Cook from frozen. Remove film lid before cooking. Ensure food is piping hot. Once cooked do not reheat.
Store at -18°C, do not refreeze once thawed
