Oven: Remove outer packaging, place pies on baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven at 190?C/375?F/gas mark 5, or if fan assisted 170?C/325?F, for 10 minutes.
Store at -18 C, do not refreeze once thawed. Remove from freezer, allow mince pies to defrost in packaging for 4 hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Consume within 7 days.
