Oven heat from frozen (all ovens may vary):
Remove plastic wrapper. Heat for approximately 35 minutes or longer if necessary on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven 160 C/325 F/Gas mark 3-4. Re-heat until piping hot. Remove from pot.
Microwave from frozen:
Remove plastic wrapper and place pot on a microwaveable plate. Position in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power. Remove from pot. Caution: Sauce can become very hot.
