To Defrost: Leave in packaging and allow to defrost at room temperature for 2 hours.
Once defrosted keep in a cool, dry place away from strong light and odours. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days, or within 21 days
Store at -18°C, do not refreeze once thawed
