To Defrost: Leave in packaging and allow to defrost at room temperature for 90 minutes. Once defrosted keep in a cool, dry place away from strong light and odours, and consume within 7 days. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days. Tip: record date of defrost below.
