Customer Reviews

  • "Ths was really nice. It cooked beautifully and almost fell off the bone and the quantity was generous."

    Mrs Young, BURNLEY
  • "Delicious, but needs some mash to go with it and vegetables."

    Mrs NEWMAN, Wigan
  • "Tasty but my shank was a bit skinny so not much meat. Not a huge meal but maybe if I order again will get a bigger one!"

    Mrs GRICE-BAILEY, Reading
  • "Just great"

    Mr mitchell, Braunstone Town
  • "Absolutely delicious."

    Ms Aitken, Bristol
  • "delicious best meal i ever had meat just falls off the bone"

    Mr mckessock, Aberdeen
  • "A feast for a lamb lover - with mashed potato and a salad, it made a delicious meal."

Miss Hackett, Bridge of Cally, Blairgowrie
  • "Surprisingly dark meat, very fatty. Left an unpleasant greasiness in the mouth. My husband couldn't eat it. The shank was so small that it made us feel queasy about how young the animal must have been too. All in all, not an experience to be repeated."

    Mrs Stamp, Southend-on-Sea
  • "My husband has just had this for the first time. The satisfied noises as he nibbled all the meat off the bone say it all really!"

    Mrs JONES, Coventry
  • "One of my favourites. Lots of meat on the bone and beautifully cooked. I like the idea of being able to cook one's own vegetables. With new potatoes and runner beans it was fab but in winter I like it with cauliflower.!"

    Miss CYMBAL, Sheffield
  • "My favourite. Had it yesterday with baby potatoes and runner beans. Delicious."

    Miss CYMBAL, Sheffield
  • "I really enjoy this. goes well with the mash."

    Mr Davison, Woking
