Cook from frozen. Do not pierce - cook with film lid on. Once cooked do not reheat.Pre-heated oven 185 C/370 F/Gas mark 4-5, or if fan assisted 165 C/330 F. Cook until piping hot. Typically 40 minutes or longer if necessary.
