We use diet symbols to indicate which meals are suitable for particular diets. Below is a guide to the diet codes we use our website and in our brochure.
Low Sugar Desserts
Desserts marked with this symbol contain no more than 5g of sugar per 100g.
Reduced Sugar Desserts
These desserts contain at least 30% less sugar than our standard desserts.
Low Fat Diets
Meals and desserts with this symbol are contain less than 3g of fat per 100g and are suitable as part of a low fat diet.
Low Salt Diets
Meals and desserts marked with this symbol contain less than 0.3g of salt per 100g and are suitable as part of a low salt diet.
Meals and desserts with this symbol meet the strict Codex Standard for gluten-free diets.
These meals and desserts are free from meat and meat derivatives, fish and fish derivatives. They may contain dairy products such as milk, cheese or eggs.
One Of Your Five A Day
To help you get your 5-a-day, you can see we've added a new symbol to show you which meals contain one or more portions of fruit and / or vegetables.
Low Saturated Fat
In these meals, the sum of saturated fatty acids and trans-fatty acids does not exceed 1.5g per 100g and does not provide more than 10% of the total energy of the meal.
The High Protein symbol means that the protein in the meal provides at least 20% of the energy value of the meal.
Source Of Fibre
Meals marked with this symbol contain a minimum of 1.5g of fibre per 100 kcal.
