We’re going to take a look at some of the ingredients that make our dishes so special. For summer it simply had to be – summer fruits!



Zingy and zesty, that sharp citrus twist brings a mouthwatering tang to main meals and desserts alike. It’s a flavour that cuts through like no other, adding a lightness to savoury dishes and stopping sweet treats from being quite so, well... sweet!

From memories of lemonade lollies to the slice in your G&T, there’s just something about lemons that will always be summery.
