Introducing Josh Dobson, chef at The Bunch of Grapes in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. He is one of the chefs that has collaborated on our limited edition Summer Kitchen menu.


Introducing Josh Dobson...

Josh Dobson is one of the chefs at The Bunch of Grapes in Bradford-upon-Avon.  Inspired by his favourite holiday destination, Barcelona, where he tried a version of this dish with chorizo, Josh’s dish is herb-crusted cod loin with bean cassoulet and paprika-tossed potatoes with peas.

He hopes customers will be excited by the colours of his dish and enjoy the hearty, robust flavours of Summer, transporting them to the warm, sunny climes of Spain.
