Introducing Jethro Lawrence, Head Chef at Woolley Grange Hotel, Bradford-on-Avon. He is one of the eight chefs who has collaborated on our new Summer Kitchen collection.


Introducing Jethro Lawrence...

Head Chef at Woolley Grange Hotel and quarter finalist in the BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, Jethro Lawrence, has created Gammon in Somerset Cider Sauce.   

Describing it as an ‘old, hearty classic’, his dish features locally sourced ingredients, which remain true to the provenance of the West Country.    

From a personal perspective, Jethro explains the challenge in taking time out to develop dishes given the fast-paced nature of service life in the hotel. The opportunity to spend time on individual dishes for the Summer Kitchen collaboration has been refreshing, as has the realisation of just how much goes into each and every meal that we make.
