Wondering if we're right for you, or for a relative or friend you're interested in ordering for? We've put here some common reasons people order from us, and and tried to answer some common questions.

We make all our own meals, with a focus on quality and nutrition. Our meals are quality checked throughout our kitchens, and we don’t approve a single batch until we’ve tasted it ourselves.
We’re known for our friendly drivers, who all undergo an enhanced background checked with the Criminal Records Bureau for our customer’s safety. If you ask us to, the driver will also place the meals into your freezer for you.
We know that no-one wants to invite a stranger into their house, so we strive to make so that, should you please subsequent orders with us, we’ll make sure that you’re always delivered to by the same driver.
As a company that focuses on nutrition, we cook meals that are suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements, as well as providing lots of information about allergens and the ingredients people have preferences against.
We not only accept credit and debit cards as payment, but also cash or cheque on delivery. If you’re unsure of entering your card details only, we offer the perfect way to shop online.
You can place just one order, of course. We have customers who use our service regularly, and equally customers who just place an order when they need to. It’s just the same as going to the shops, with the convenience of having them delivered by a trusted, friendly driver.
In most cases, it’s up to you. Wiltshire Farm Foods has 70 outlets across the country, and in a few areas, we do ask for a minimum order amount, but it’s less than £20. Most of our first time customers order a Taster Pack to begin with, as it contains a selection of our most popular meals.
Our meals and desserts are delivered from the local outlet closest to you, so when you start shopping, the first thing we’ll ask for is your postcode, which will help us find your local outlet. When you place your first order, we’ll find out the driver who’s delivery round goes closest to your house.
We try to make sure we visit every street at least once a week. But in some areas it is fortnightly. However we’ll always try to accommodate any special delivery needs first-time customers have. You can let us know any needs when you checkout your first order with us – we have a large box to enter anything you think we should know, like a keysafe number, whether we should wait after knocking, and so on.
When we know what day we’ll be delivering to you, we’ll call or email to let you know when you can expect us. We know that sometimes our customers can’t wait in all day, and so we’ll do our best to give you a firm idea.
