WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

Coeliac disease describes an intolerance to gluten, and is an autoimmune disease. If you suspect you may be gluten intolerant you should not immediately cut out gluten from your diet but visit your GP for support, tests and advice. Once diagnosed adherence to a strict, life-long gluten-free diet is necessary to ensure a reversal of the damage and symptoms.
