  • "This meal is the only one that I did not finish eating.. The fat and gristle is accompanied by only a few small squares of actual pork. The sause is also the worst I have had in a sweet and sour meal. *It was revolting and I defy anyone to enjoy it* {Many meals are excellent or Good; but this should be totally revamped or scrapped!}"

Cooking instructions

Cooking Guidelines (all ovens may vary)

  1. Pre-heated oven 160ºC 325ºF/Mark 3-4.
  2. If Fan Assisted 140ºC 275ºF.
  3. Typically 35-40 mins or until piping hot.

  • Leave to stand for: 2 Mins
  • 800 Watt/Category E: 9 mins
  • Leave to stand for: 2 Mins
