Cooking instructions

Cooking Guidelines(all ovens may vary)

  1. Cook from frozen.
  2. Pre-heated oven, 185°C/370°F/Gas 4-5, or if fan assisted 165°C/330°F.
  3. Remove film.
  4. Cook until piping hot.
  5. Typically 40 minutes or longer if necessary.

Film lid on.  Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. For microwave times see table.
