Miss Allton, COVENTRY"Totally delicious, exact right consistency for the sponge, springey as it should be, ate half with half toffee fudge ice cream loved it. Have an easy receipe for sponge puds to cook in microwave made with 2oz flour, butter, sugar, 1 egg and a tble sp of warm water and cook for 4 mins, tastes great but have to feel well enough to mix and beat!"
Mrs MCCLUSKEY, Kilmarnock"Absolutely beautiful, really light sponge and the fruit topping is such a good flavour. A little squirt of fresh cream just makes it heaven. ann mccluskey kilmarnock."
Mrs ORROCK, Arbroath"Another brilliant pudding. sandra orrock - arbroath"
