Cooking Instructions
Microwave or oven direct from freezer
Oven: remove frozen meal from sleeve and place in pre-heated oven for 40 minutes at 230oC or 450oF
Microwave: remove frozen meal from sleeve and place in microwave for 6 minutes on 600 watts, or 5 minutes on 1000watts
Please check that the meal is piping hot
