"I really like this dish. It is great to have the gravy to mix all the ingredients together with. The curry isn't overpowering and just has the tang to lift it. The parsnips provide a pleasant contrast to the mild mashed potato and the warmer curry. This is one of the few dishes that will go down a treat. So much so, that even the last mouthful is as hot as the first, and I eat slowly!"
