Cooking Guidelines (all ovens may vary): Cook from frozen. Conventional Oven: Pre-heated oven 125 C. Cook until piping hot. Typically 40 mins or longer if necessary.
Microwave: Cook for 9 minutes on 850 watts. Standing time 2 minutes. Stir before eating. Check the meal is piping hot.
