Q) What areas do you deliver to?

A) We deliver to any address in mainland UK - for details of other areas, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 773 773 or email us

Q) When will you deliver my order?

A) Once you have placed your order, we'll let you know which day of the week we deliver to your area and the approximate time you can expect us. We deliver to most areas weekly, and some fortnightly, but we are flexible and will try to accomodate any delivery requests you have. If you would like to find out your delivery day before placing an order, please give us a call.

Q) Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

A) No, every delivery is free. Some outlets may ask for a minimum order value, so please contact your local outlet for more information

Q) Do I have to sign up for regular deliveries?

A) Not at all. You can order as often as you like. We deliver regularly, so you can enjoy our dishes now and again or every day. The choice is yours.

Q) Who will deliver my meals?

A) We have a team of uniformed, professional drivers committed to offering you a caring and friendly service. We hope you will come to know your regular driver as a friend. For your peace of mind, we vet all our drivers and perform an enhanced CRB (Police) check, to ensure your delivery driver is someone you can trust. If you can't answer the door, you can also entrust your driver with a customer key code: an invaluable offering if you need some extra help.
