  • What type of person buys our meals?
    In short, anyone. The service and products are ideal for older members of our community but may be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates the ease and convenience. Customers may still want to live at home and retain their independence by being able to cater for themselves, not relying on others.
  • Do I have to sign up for a set period of time?
    Not at all. You can order as often as you wish. We deliver regularly so you can enjoy great food as often as you like, every day, or as a special treat - the choice is yours.
  • Who will deliver my meals?
    We have a team of professional drivers who offer a caring, friendly service. We carefully vet all our drivers for your peace of mind and try to ensure that you have a regular driver you can trust.
  • How can I find out more about your frozen ready made meals?
    Either fill out our brochure request form or call 0800 773 773 (lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
  • What areas do you cover?
    We have 100% coverage of mainland United Kingdom.
  • How long will my brochure take to arrive?
    Your brochure is sent Royal Mail first class. Please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery.
  • Can I get an audio brochure?
    Yes, we provide our brochure on CD. Please call your local outlet for a copy.
  • What is your complaints procedure?
    We take great care in the sourcing of ingredients and in the preparation of our meals. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with any meal please let us know. Keep the lid from the meal, for identification purposes, and give it to your delivery driver.

    Suitable for a Diabetic diet All our main meals and many of our desserts are suitable for diabetics. In accordance with Diabetes UK, small amounts of sugar are allowed as part of a healthy diet. Diabetic desserts can contain up to 5g of added sugar per portion (to improve flavour and texture).

    Suitable for lower fat diet diet These meals contain less than 15g of fat per portion and desserts less than 5g of fat per portion.

  • How do I order?
    It couldn't be easier! Simply order on-line by adding your favourite meals to your shopping basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can choose to pay online by credit/debit card or pay the driver by cash or cheque. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail to let you know the date of your delivery. Alternatively, you can choose the meals you would like delivered from our fully illustrated brochure and telephone your order through to your local outlet. Our helpful staff will then tell you the price of the complete order and confirm your delivery day.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by cash or cheque on delivery, or alternatively use a credit or debit card on our website. We’ve made sure all of our meals are good value for money, for example our main meals range from as little as £1.80 to around £4.50.
  • If I pay by credit or debit card, when will the money be taken from my account?
    Once your meals have been delivered the money will be taken out of your account.
  • Do I have to pay a delivery fee?
    No, delivery is absolutely FREE. All we ask is that you meet our minimum order value. Please contact you local outlet for more details.
  • What day do you deliver to my area?
    We deliver to most areas at least once a week. However some areas may have a fornightly delivery. To find out your delivery day please call your local outlet.
  • Is there a limit to the choice of meals your service can offer?
    Hardly - we offer over 175 main meals and desserts. Everything from traditional favourites such as Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding or Liver and Bacon to more exotic tastes like Salmon or Roast Duck. We find our customers appreciate as wide a selection as possible. You can eat what you want, when you want. The meals can be easily stored in the freezer until you need them.
  • What about cooking?
    All our meals and hot desserts can be heated straight from the freezer in a conventional oven, microwave or by steaming in our special Servtherm. Cold desserts take around 2 hours to defrost.
  • What if I have particular dietary requirements?
    That's no problem at all. All our meals are perfect for normal healthy diets but we also cater for diabetic, gluten free, lower fat, moderate salt and vegetarian diets. The meals are carefully colour coded on our website as well as in our fully illustrated brochure.
  • Where can I get information on the nutritional content of your meals?
    We produce a Special Diet Guide that contains detailed nutritional infromation on all our meals and desserts. Please call your local outlet for a copy.
  • Where can I get 'free from' information (allergy advice) on your meals?
    Your local outlet can provide details of meals 'free from' nuts, dairy, onions etc and can provide you with a copy of our 'free from' leaflet covering all of our meals and desserts.
  • What if I'm on a potassium-restricted diet?
    Please request a Special Diet Guide from your local outlet and consult your dietitian or GP as to which of our meals are suitable for you.
  • How long does it take to heat the meals?
    Most meals take 8 to 12 minutes in a microwave or 35 minutes in an oven. Please refer to the cooking guidelines on the label before heating.
  • Do you have to pierce or remove the film lid before cooking?
    No, simply take your meal out of the freezer and place it directly in the oven, microwave or Servtherm for the specified cooking time.
  • How long can the meals be stored in the freezer?
    Each meal has a long shelf life, please refer to the 'best before' date on the label.
  • Where can I buy a microwave or freezer?
    Many of our outlets supply microwaves and freezers. Please contact your local outlet for information on available models and prices.

    We have a selection of pureed meals available, please call your local outlet for more details.

  • Why are your meals delivered frozen?
    As any chef will tell you, a meal is at its best the moment it has been prepared. That's when we freeze it. By doing so, we retain all the goodness and flavour.
  • Do I need to defrost the meals before heating?
    No, simply place your meal (leaving the lid on) in the oven, microwave or Servtherm straight from the freezer.
  • Are your meals suitable for one person?
    Yes, our meals are specifically created for one.
  • Where are your meals made?
    The vast majority of our meals are made at our approved factory in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. A very small proportion of products are produced by other suppliers in the UK and Europe.
  • Where do you source your ingredients from?
    We source our ingredients from a wide range of approved suppliers in the UK and worldwide.
  • Are the plastic trays recyclable?
    Yes, our trays are made out PET plastic which is recyclable.

    1.Log in using your old email address and password

    4.Then delete details of your old email address and replace with the new address where you see Registered email address
    5.Press Save details. The screen will blink and you should see your new email address displayed.
    6.Next time you log in simply use your updated email address and your old password
