We will never charge you any extra for delivery and to ensure your complete peace of mind every one of our drivers is Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) or Disclosure Scotland Police checked. All our drivers wear the green Wiltshire Farm Foods uniform and carry identification so you can be sure they are the real deal!
Once you have placed your order your local outlet will contact you with a time slot, and our punctual drivers are always willing to lend a helping hand – whether it’s placing the meals in your freezer or changing a hard-to-reach light bulb.
We’d like you to see us as a friend you can count on, whatever the weather. At the beginning of 2008 Jason Cole, a driver from our outlet in Wiltshire, battled the floods to reach the last customer of the day. After torrential rain much of the county was underwater, and the village they were due to make a delivery to was impassable. Ever resourceful, when Jason saw a Land Rover making its way through he hitched a lift with the meals to ensure the customer would be fed during the extreme conditions.
In a similar situation during the 2007 floods Wiltshire Farm Foods drivers added bread and milk to their deliveries, wading through the water to ensure their customers - many of whom are elderly or housebound – had everything they needed to see them through.
Once you are acquainted with your regular driver many customers feel confident enough to let them know where the spare key is if they aren’t around to accept the delivery, or pre-arrange to leave the meals with a neighbour until their return. Your local outlet is only a phone call away if you have any problems, concerns or specific instructions for your driver – or simply if you want to leave some glowing feedback!
