RELISH THE NEW RANGE WITH TEMPTING TASTES 2008
Spring is on its way and as the days brighten so does the menu at Wiltshire Farm Foods. Our Product Development Team have been busy working alongside Head Chef Phil Rimmer to bring you an even more extensive menu with flavours from around the globe, and closer to home – Phil loves to use fresh ingredients from his own allotment in his recipes!
We’ve introduced two new soups this year, hearty Chunky Vegetable and Cream of Mushroom – perfect for a light lunch, dinner or as a starter. 
To follow Creamy Chicken & Asparagus is a delicious new addition to the menu, tender asparagus, white wine and cream work wonderfully together, served with brown rice, peppers, beans, sweetcorn, carrots and peas; or alternatively try a really cheesy penne Pasta with Mushrooms, Broccoli and Smoked Cheddar.
If you fancy a fishy dishSalmon Fillet in Mint Butter Sauce has become permanent to the range, with a stunning salmon fillet in a refreshing mint butter sauce, finished with boiled potatoes, carrots, broccoli and pea puree. We’ve also extended our vegetarian options with a moreish Vegetable Pasta Bake, penne pasta with chunky vegetable, tomato, basil and cheese sauce, served with broccoli and carrots. 
Tangy new Pork, Leek and Mustard Casserole is a fusion of tempting flavours. Alternatively, savour a little taste of Italy with Spaghetti Bolognaise, smothered with a rich beef, tomato and Italian herb sauce.
A devil for dessert? For that sweet something look no further than the luxurious new range of desserts. The Luxury Apple and Blackberry, andCherry Crumblesare mouth-watering mounds awash with tart fruit flavours with a generous helping of crunchy, sweet crumble.
For a real sweet treat try the Luxury Treacle Pudding
, sinfully sticky and oozing with treacle, or Our individual Strawberry Tarteis a simply stunning summery treat – with delicate pastry and a generous helping of fruit – it’s too good to share!
Chocoholics rejoice as more devilishly delicious fancies make an appearance on the menu! You will greet the smooth Chocolate Tartelike an old friend, whilst the brand new White and Dark Chocolate Ganache is a melt-in-the-mouth confection of rich and creamy chocolate – heavenly!
